3 Hummus Recipe – Traditional Hummus, Black Olive Hummus and Sun-Dried Tomato Hummus

This 25 minute, 3 hummus recipe is perfect for parties and occasions where time is of the essence and you want to whip up some appetizers. Whilst making the traditional plain hummus, we have been able to split the mixture and create a sun-dried hummus and a black olive hummus using the original hummus.

Cook & prep time: 25 mins

Method:

  1. Empty a can of chickpeas into a blender with some of the water (but not to much water)
  2. Add 2 tbsp tahini, 2 small garlic cloves, squeeze of lemon juice, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp paprika
  3. Blend the mix together thoroughly for 2 mins until you get a smooth consistency
  4. Add 2 tbsp olive oil and mix for a further minute and separate this mixture in 3 different bowls
  5. In the first bowl, top the hummus with olive oil, paprika and parsley Traditional hummus – Ready
  6. With the second bowl of hummus, empty it back out into the blender and add black olives. Blend for a minute or so and empty the hummus back in the bowl – Ready
  7. With the last bowl, empty it back out into the blender and add sun-dried tomatoes. Blend for a minute or so and empty the hummus back in the bowl – Ready
  8. Top with olive oil, paprika and parsley
